Springbrooke, its staff and owners are not affiliated with any religious organization or persuasion.

Can I personalize my senior apartment?

Of course! You choose the paint colors – and that’s just the beginning. Is my pet welcome?

Your well-behaved cat or small dog is part of the family. As long as you can care for your pet – or ask Companion Plus to help – your furry friend is welcome at Springbrooke.

Services and Care

What is independent living?

Our spacious senior apartments are open to anyone over the age of 62. Special life enrichment activities are available daily to keep independent seniors engaged. Although no clinical services are offered to those in independent living, residents can contract for private duty care to meet personalized needs, such as laundry, medication reordering, accompaniment to physician appointments and much more. This extra care allows residents to remain independent for as long as possible. Residents can cook in their senior apartments and eat fresh, delicious meals in our dining room or on the patio with their meal plan. Meals can also be delivered from our kitchen for a fee. How is my level of care determined?

Springbrooke independent living welcomes any 62+ senior who wants to be part of our vibrant community. For those who desire assisted living or memory care, Springbrooke’s health and wellness director, who is also a nurse, will consult with you and your family, plus review your physicians’ orders. What if I need to move between levels of care?

Independent living residents can stay autonomous longer by tapping into the personalized services of Companion Plus. Independent living, assisted living and memory care residents are re-assessed after their initial 30 days and then on an on-going basis to assure the proper level of care. Our residents often improve their functioning over time, given Springbrooke’s medication reminders, healthy nutrition and exercise. And Springbrooke is the only Denver senior living community that mirrors floor plans between independent living, assisted living and memory care, making moving between them as easy as possible.

How does Springbrooke assure that I’m safe and secure?

Like most senior living communities, security is enforced around the clock. Visitors are required to sign in and be approved for entry. All apartments have a call system, and assisted living residents can opt to wear a free alert medallion.
